Expression of wish (death grant)

The Oxfordshire Pension Fund has absolute discretion over who receives any death grant. Completing or updating an expression of wish helps guide the decision and can speed up payment. 

You can nominate more than one person or, if you wish, a charity. Your nominees do not have to be related to you or dependent on you. 

To complete or update your expression of wish:

  1. Log in to My Oxfordshire Pension.
  2. Click Manage my beneficiaries under 'Manage beneficiaries'.
  3. Click Add a new beneficiary or edit an existing one.

If you don't have access to My Oxfordshire Pension, you complete the form below and return it to us.
